If you have copyrighted the "SmokeStream" name, please don't send us
any copyright issued legal matters.  We would like to inform you that:

1) We are a 14 year old band who are more than unlikely to ever play
anywhere outside the confines of their local pub in London.

2) We will certainly never release any material.

3) We have no interest in plagiarising your name, but frankly we
cannot see how it will affect you whatever the next point is.

4) We hope that you can see apathy towards us having a name that we
did come up without ever hearing yours.

5) There is no need to pursue this matter as we have a fan
base of 10 and a dog including our parents and siblings.  There can be
no way that this matter could affect you or your band to the point
where you would feel you must waste valuable money (probably better
spent on studio time) on hiring a lawyer to take 3 14 year old's to court.
